Table View's first wine and food festival is hosted by Simply Asia Horizon Bay from 8 to 10 August 2008. Only meters from the waves of Table Bay, food and wine lovers will taste an array of interesting wines, beverages and sample portions of the chefs' signature dishes. There will also be live bands and solo performers.

The tempting treats for tasting will include sushi, Thai starters, traditional meals and noodles.

The restaurant will be serving its regular fare and vouchers will be on offer for festival patrons who want to visit in future. The vouchers are for a main course for two and a bottle of white or red wine for R 150 valid until end September 2008.

The Table View Horizon Bay Wine & Food Festival is an environmentally aware event and empty glass containers will be recycled or returned.
